Return & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

We understand that there may be scenarios where the product may not meet your expectations or things may not go as planned.

That's why we offer a generous trial period. Your 30-day trial begins from the day you get the delivery of the product. If, during this period, you find that Posha isn't the perfect fit for your family, please let us know by contacting Posha Customer Support (care@posha.com). Once your return is confirmed, we'll arrange a hassle-free pickup.

Returning your Posha Robot

  1. Customers have a 30 day trial period from the date of delivery, to request a return of the Posha for a refund.
  2. Once a request is confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Please contact Posha Customer Support (care@posha.com) to request a return for refund within the given return period. We may ask for images of the product to ensure it's in good physical condition.
  4. Posha cannot be returned after the trial ends. This is irrespective of the fact if the product was used or not.
  5. The repackaging of the product is the customer's responsibility and will not be handled by Posha.
  6. All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging to safeguard the product during transportation. If you no longer have the original box, a replacement can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $120 + tax to facilitate the return.
  7. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of confirming the request. Failure to meet this timeframe will result in the invalidation of your request.
  8. Customers assume all risks of loss or damages when shipping returns to Posha. We strongly recommend watching our instructional video for step-by-step guidance on re-packing your product.
  9. After the product reaches our fulfillment center and undergoes inspection, we will confirm the status of the refund. All returned product(s) are subject to inspection and condition will be assessed as per the sole discretion of Posha. Please allow 3-4 weeks after your return is delivered for this inspection process to be completed.
  10. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Failure to adhere to our return instructions may result in a delay in refund processing and potential deductions.
  11. Additional accessories, etc. paid for and delivered, will not be refunded when Posha is returned.
  12. To be eligible for a full refund, upon inspection, the product must:
    1. Be in good condition, free from improper use or physical damage.
    2. Have electronics and mechanical parts in good condition, intact, and handled with care.
    3. Be free from severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt, or damage.
    4. Include all parts and materials included at the time of delivery

Returning your Posha Robot accessories

Additional quantity of ingredient containers, spice pods, liquid containers, stirrer, spatulas, pans or any other accessories bought cannot be returned after delivery. If these items have a quality issue, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery by contacting Posha Customer Support (care@posha.com).

Cancelling your order for Posha Robot

You may cancel your Posha ROBOT order before your order ships.

  1. Upon cancellation, you will receive the refund to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
  2. Contact Posha Customer Support (care@posha.com) to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
  3. Canceling your Posha ROBOT order after the product has been shipped will result in a $50 non-refundable fee.

Cancelling your order for Posha Robot accessories

You can cancel your order for Posha accessories like ingredient containers, spice pods, liquid containers, stirrer, spatulas, pans or others for a full refund any time before you receive tracking information. If you have received tracking information, you will need to reference the Returning your Posha ROBOT Accessories policy.

If you believe you've received a damaged or defective product or any missing component, contact the Posha Customer Support (care@posha.com) within 7 days of delivery. If the product is determined to have failed under warranty, we will promptly replace or repair it at no extra cost.
